At JD Garden Furnitures, all our products are handmade to order with great care and craftsmanship. As each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or cancellations unless the item is faulty or not as described, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Non-Returnable Items
As our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
• Change of mind or incorrect orders.
• Items that are made to your specific requirements or personalization.

Natural Material Disclaimer
All our products are handmade using natural wood, meaning variations in grain, color, and texture are normal. As a result, the item you receive may slightly differ from the product photos—but this makes each piece unique!

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a repair, replacement, or refund. To report an issue:

  • Contact us at contact@jdgardenfurniture.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue.
  • We will assess the problem and arrange the best solution.

Damaged During Delivery
If your item arrives damaged due to the delivery process, you must report it immediately upon receiving the product, and no later than 24 hours after delivery. Please:
• Inspect your item as soon as it arrives.
• Take clear photos of the damage.
• Contact us at contact@jdgardenfurniture.co.uk within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue with the courier.
